HERE ARE THE BENEFITS OF DRINKING GREEN TEA

Have you ever try it? Do you wanna try it? yeah go go go!!!!….. Green tea is one of my favorite drink most of the time. Well apart from being my fav it has lots of benefits compared to other tea. here bellow are some of them… Lets Dig out

Kinder than caffeine

Sure, we all need that boost from time to time but sometimes we drink tea or coffee just so we can have that moment of relaxation, or have something to sip on while at work. Tea and coffee do have their own benefits, but having too much caffeine isn’t good for us and can also make it difficult to sleep at night. As a trade-off, green tea contains alkaloids which have natural stimulation properties of their own to perk you up.

All kinds of antioxidants

One of the most well-known benefits of green tea is the number of antioxidants it contains, including polyphenols, catechins, phytochemicals and alkatoids. Whilst these all sound like a bit of a mouthful, all of these substances work together in harmony to support the immune system and defend against harmful chemicals in our environments. Drink up!

Gives your metabolism a kick-start

When your metabolism is working hard, your body is burning energy faster which can help with weight loss, as well as helping you feel active. Of course diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight, having a few cups of green tea a day can contribute to this and give you an energy boost at the same time.

Other benefits

Even though there has not been any conclusive research carried out on the full spectrum of benefits, green tea definitely has earned its place as a hot and healthy drink. Green tea has been linked to help protect against some forms of cancer, high cholesterol and even lung disease. It also boasts anti-bacterial benefits that helps reduce bad breath and tooth decay.

So, go ahead and make yourself a cup of the green stuff! One thing we will say is to not let it brew for longer than a couple of minutes or the taste will become bitter and tempt you to add sugar!
